My stay at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic! From the warm welcome at the reception to the impeccably clean and comfortable room, every detail was well taken care of. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable

Very poorly maintained hotel and rooms. They don't even have clean toilet paper, blankets were dirty and cockroaches everywhere. This place is just not like a hotel at all, be it 2 star or 1 star. Unacceptable.

At the time of check in room not given with working TV.(ground floor room) Room and Bathroom are not as shown. Room size is small. And there are many insects like milipidde, Harpaphe, Termites and small cockroaches. Rooms are not cleaned properly bad sheet with spots used even for new guests. change of bed sheet on next day done only if we ask for to do so. I have asked for two times to change the room because of insects in the room but they have not changed my room on immediate basis. For change of room I have to take follow up with receptionist for 4-5 times and after 6 hours they give another room on 1st floor. when they are ready to change room, they have given me options as some room do not having working TV. waiter was not supportive. luggage shifted by my self. they don't have courtesy to help. 3 Times happens that water is not available in bathroom specially in morning time. For which again we have to request those waiters for the water issue and no resolution on immediate basis. I have to wait for an hour for water. In Room, there is no bell or intercom, no towel, no stool in bathroom, no hot water option, no hand soap, no sanitizer, no wake up call, no news paper, no room service , no laundry service even no fan available. If tell about location very dirty are only non veg foods available nearby. Too much traffic near by.

Terrible front desk receptionist. Very rude, not helpful at all. Hotel charges over the top for bookings via oyo rooms because apparently their tariff charges aren't matching, or whatever their excuse is for charging extra from customers. Customers coming from far off locations get no alternative but to pay off the extra and stay anyways, when they were promised the same for quite the lesser price on a website the hotel claims to have tied up with. Good scamming from the senior receptionist too, apt manner of speaking, polite-ish, straight up asked for 2800 on a room which was up for 1700 on the goibibo/oyo app. Please look into this goibibo/oyo, we don't want false promises and late refunds, we just want what we paid for. Below are photos of at least 4 rooms kept blocked because the front desk won't allot you a room if you don't pay extra.
