Recently stayed there and had a pleasant stay over there. They provided me complementary breakfast. They have restaurant and bar, those having good and tasty food. Very friendly staff. One negative point is that executive bar is situated in same floor and very adjacent to the rooms may cause some disturbance in the night.

Ambience is really cozy and relaxing environment. Near to the Alleppy water falls it's located just 30 mins way. Good for families. Couples as well. Cost starts from 2500 and breakfast is free. And they provided the room for 24 hours from the time or check in not like if you check in night 10 clock and need to check out morning 11/12. If you want dinner or lunch you have to pay and I liked the taste of food and service they provided. Cozy bedrooms , balcony and hot water will be available 24 hours . They have party hall and business meeting , family meet up etc.. they do conduct. Separate vehicle parking area they've. If you're a reader then definitely you like it coz they kept books near to reception. I greatly recommend for this who travels alleppy.

27th Aug -I have dined at this hotel restaurant and my experience was far from satisfactory. I had ordered the "chatti choru" meal, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing choice. The food quality was NOT good, I found fried flies and hairs in the non veg curry. This completely ruined my appetite cause of vomiting and diarrhea and left me disgusted. I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to address these issues and improve the overall dining experience

Well maintained and neat rooms, cleanliness are upto a five star hotel , rooms are very neatly decorated and the reception staffs are very helpful

First about the room service. At night (not midnight) we asked for some cold drinks and we were shocked to hear from them that they are out of stock (!!!!). Just note that this is a bar Hotel. Then I requested them fresh juice and they did provide us the same. Next day while checking out they charged for the room service and we paid it through Google Pay. My money was deducted and they informed us that their machine was showing error. We told them to wait for a day and if it is not reflecting, then we will pay. They called after 1 day and we paid them again. All together my account got debited twice. The worst part was I called them after paying the second time to acknowledge the receipt of the payment and they told me that someone would call me before 06:00 p.m. But that `never happened. We checked out from this Hotel on 19th Feb 2023 and today it is 26th. Another thing is that before checking in, we specifically asked for parking space and they informed that it will be available. But we could find only roadside parking there. We parked in front of a nearby building with permission from the Hotel security ! Overall a third class experience !

We have never been there for a stay instead we usually go there to eat at their restaurant. well maintained place especially the washrooms. Kids and adults love it equally unlike other places who fail to maintain hygiene. Good food , reasonable and prompt service . Atleast that's what we have always encountered whenever we visited. Please maintain it .

I have booked three bedrooms and we ordered food as well. Room and food was really great but the reception staffs wasn't that great. They made calculations mistakes and leading it to some drams. The boy who was there didn't know anything when I said I paid room rent in the time of check in he didn't understand and he insisted us to pay again. The explanation for that was if we paid they will return the money google pay or some other way. We showed the receipt and he said he need to ask other receptionist who was off on that day. We were in rush to catch train so we decided to agree with him in that moment. Later when they found their mistake they didn't inform us for a apology or taken any action to repay. I was forced to go there again and collected the money back. So poor management though. Don't even recommend Til the management change. Two stars are only for the room and food.
