Acctual room condition and on line website rooms both are fiffernt, We have booked room on double occupancy but they provide us single bed room and 01 ex. Bed and said that this is for 2 person, room size is very small and room is dirty atleat at the Time of check in they don't provide any welcome drink or water atleast, worst experience in this hotel.

Worst restaurant in jamnagar for eating thali . We went there in the afternoon and coming from the US someone told us that they serve good food. Forget the food, upon entering had to wait 10 minutes for us to have someone come to us asking how many people . The dinning was half open , half empty. Without even greeting the manger at the counter told us to wait 20 mins. No water , no place to wait while the clear the tables and no decency.I just went to celebration instead which was 1000 times better

This is my testimony, Kalait hotel is the best in every way, the best thing that I like about it is its breakfast. I have tried all the hotels of Jamnagar, but I have never found such a breakfast in anyone else and mainly Kalait owner is Dakshbhai. very polite and humble person thanks.

Good facilities are provided by the hotel, Helpful staff and they had a restaurant on the ground floor with amazing food.

Extremely Disappointing Dining Experience I recently visited a restaurant that left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. From the moment we stepped in, it was evident that the establishment lacked basic standards of service and cleanliness. The overall experience was far from what one would expect from an international restaurant. Firstly, the service was extremely poor. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive, neglecting our requests and showing a lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, making it unbearable for us and resulting in uncomfortable sweating throughout our meal. It's disheartening to see such negligence towards basic amenities. Moreover, the washrooms were in an appalling state. They were dirty, unkempt, and gave off a strong unpleasant odor. It was evident that proper hygiene was not a priority for the management, which is unacceptable in any dining establishment. Parking was yet another challenge. The restaurant lacked sufficient parking space for four-wheelers, causing inconvenience and frustration for customers who arrived by car. This negligence further added to the overall disappointment of the experience. Considering the subpar service, lack of cleanliness, and inadequate facilities, I cannot help but question the credibility of labeling this restaurant as an "international" establishment. It seems they are unable to meet even the basic expectations of local customers, let alone catering to an international clientele. Overall, my visit to this restaurant was a complete letdown. I would strongly advise against dining here, as the poor service, inadequate amenities, and lack of cleanliness make it an unpleasant and unsatisfactory choice. There are certainly better dining options available that prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold higher standards of quality.

Very poor seating arrangement in restaurant 1st floor, they're providing cheap plastic chairs covered with clothes but prices/charges are too much higher, in comparison to Aram hotel restaurant charges are same for food but kalatit seating arrangement is not comfortable at all. When given the same feedback to the management they shamelessly replied that we covered the plastic chairs with soft clothes. I will never refer kalatit restaurant to citizens there's many other best options in reasonable charges are available in jamnagar city.

Nice hotel & Best Service. Room cleaning is good and friendly staff hotel location centre of the city. Hot water is available 24/7.. safe hotel for family and kids. Only one bad thing is not using a blanket cover. If Possible they will provide previous guest used blanket for us without washing. Because, they are not using the blanket cover. So, we need to ask for an additional bed cover for using the blanket.

The food in this restaurant is very good. the services are on par too and the staff is very friendly. overall a good place to dine out
