Hotel Kakkson Villa(hottel kaaksn bhillaa) - Hotel in Baliapanda, Puri - Puri, India

I was with my family for 2-3 days with my kids. The staff look after my kid, I require boiled water to feed my kid they arranged me always even in 3AM in night. Rooms are very clean. It's not required to inform them to clean the room. They clean regularly according to routine .. Foods are hygienic and delicious... What else required than all these... My trip at there was unexpected. Loved it

Pros: Nothing Cons: didn't provide basic amenities like water. Very rude behavior of hotel manager. Didn't provide the same room which I had booked. No room service available in my two days staying. Terrible experience.. Kindly avoid this hotel in your future trip to Puri... I had booked this hotel through goibibo.. One of my horrible staying in this hotel. Not recommended anybody for staying in this worst hotel.

I had a rather unpleasant experience that I feel compelled to share. The room I was assigned was not up to the standards I expected. Firstly, the room was dirty and had an unpleasant odor, which made my stay quite uncomfortable from the moment I entered. The bathroom was also not well maintained. There were visible signs of neglect, such as moldy grout, a leaky faucet, and a clogged drain. It was disappointing to see that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority in the room. Moreover, the level of hospitality I received during my stay was subpar. The staff did not exhibit the professionalism and warmth that one would expect from a hotel of your caliber. Their behavior lacked attentiveness, and I felt like I was inconveniencing them with even the simplest requests. In addition, the amenities provided in the room were not up to par. Basic essentials such as toiletries and fresh towels were not adequately stocked, and the ones provided were of poor quality. It was disheartening to see that attention to detail was lacking in this aspect as well. Furthermore, the hanging switchboard in the room was a safety hazard. The exposed wiring and loose sockets were not only unattractive but also posed a risk of electric shock. This was an unacceptable oversight on the part of the hotel management. Overall, my experience in your hotel room was nothing short of a disaster. The dirty room and unpleasant smell, along with the poorly maintained bathroom, inadequate hospitality, insufficient amenities, and the hazardous switchboard, all contributed to a highly unsatisfactory stay. I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly to ensure that future guests do not have to endure such an unfortunate experience.

This the worst hotel I have ever been too. The property was dirty, the staffs were unfriendly especially the people at the reception. The Manager was unhelpful. There were leeches/worms in the washroom. Never book this hotel if u r planning a trip to Puri. Very horrible hotel. There was damp in all the rooms that we were given. Still under discussion. AC not properly working. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you want to save ur money & have a good experience never book this hotel. The photos is totally the opposite of what you get.

Very very bad experience. If u want to ruin ur vacation, then only u can go. Poor poor service. They gave ua our room late. Thats okay, moving on. No hot water available. No tv. No water in bathroom, room doors are not working. full of cockroach. Even the ac is not working. I don't know for what they r charging us. We literally had to argue with them each n everyday. We had a arguement at 2 am. Because the ac was not working, we had to call the staffs. The staff named Samir (very very veryy bad person, unproffesional, rude and no sense about customer service) told just casually to shift. At night! And we had a baby of 1 year. He shout at us and behaved extremely bad. Don't go ever.

hotel is very close to Railway Station. Service is very good and prompt. Rooms are big and clean, having good ventilation and natural sunlight.

It's really a cozy place to stay with family. Room type, arrangement, services, all good. Preparing and serving food takes around 30-45 min. It's in a walkable distance from the sea beach I have enjoyed the place with my better half

I visited this kakkson villa recently. Although the room is clean, the washroom needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Parking space is available and it is safe. It is near to the light house and beach (200 mts max) and one can easily walk to the shores (puri beach)
