The hotel needs maintenance. Total property including rooms are not at all maintained properly. Every room has at least one issue. We took three rooms. Either gyeser or TV was not working. We had to change room twice. One room didn't even have proper locking system. Bed sheet , pillow covers were not clean. No restaurant was there. Room service was poor. Support staffs were polite though and they tried their best. One extra star for the beautiful view from the rooftop.
Hotel is ok but Staff don't obey their own word. Their associates like Taxi service person were not honest. I had booked Taxi with Mr. Banty and Paid 1000 rupees more after journey end due to his dishonesty. After that several calls done to Bunty but he did not responded and Hotel reception person picking phone and Doing false promises.
Rooms are small and I m not satisfied with space. TV and telephone is not working btw they will give you reseption phon no in advance .Lift is working properly Location is very near to light house beach They will provide you mineral water without your permission and ask you money later so be careful and ask only normal water... because mineral water is 30 rs+GST...
Don't go there . Most third class hotel.. staffs behaviour too much rude, unprofessional, Don't have any manners . unnecessary some staffs knock the door. Bad smell in rooms. Ac not working properly. TV? OMG death. Too much dirty rooms And environment of hotel . bathroom not clean bad smell and water taps not working properly. Just Don't go for it . One of third class hotel.
Wrost hotel. I have booked 2 night for 1 ac room. No room service. Not hygenic room. Wash room is very dirty. Unprofessional staffs. Tv not working. Total wrost of money. Never book this hotel. I have never seen this type of hotel and their services.

I stayed in this hotel for a day along with my friends it was a worthy stay and a good value for money stay over there, especially the staff are so helpful and friendly,a guy @sandeep_panda from the hotel staff one of the most honest guy,he helped us a lot in visiting around Puri and inside Puri ,he was so helpful and polite with customers,it wouldn't be such nice stay without him for us,also he is been so responsive when we are at hotel almost he responded quite patiently for every thing we asked him.
