Away from main road, beds and pillows are not comfortable, rooms not completely ready (at least the one I was given didn't have exhaust fan in bathroom and the fan window was open) wash basin had tape on it. No proper lighting inside the room etc etc..I can go on and on.
Only the exterior and lobby/seating area of the hotel looks good
Not many know this place, but it's very spooky and lonely. Best place for guy like me, who don't like company, crowd and noise. Food quantity is less, but best. Charges are reasonable and general. Staff is friendly and good. Hotel kitchen closes at 11. 00 pm.

Location is good, Outside of city, Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Food is also very tasty but no drinking water is supplied with room service, they have water bottle, have to buy.
The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the special veggies, and non veggie the cucumber/salad papad's &delicious food court..amazing sarving...best time manegment...Aquarium was great (even took photos so we could try to replicate at home).
Don't get fooled by the exteriors of the hotel. They have good parking and located in the calm area. Those were the only good points about the hotel. When we checked into the hotel, Manager gave a weird look as if we came from another planet and after doing some calculations allotted a room on the 2nd floor. This building has no lift facility. Since I had elderly parents with me I requested him to give rooms on the first floor itself for which he denied.
Upon checking in to the room we found
1) Wardrobe door was broken and fell on our foot.
2) There was no bathroom mat
3) All switchboards were dangerously exposed openly
4) The bathroom mirror was broken
5) No TV in the room
6) Phone in the room was not working
7) Bedspread and blankets were dirty
8) Mineral water bottles were not supplied (For which he charged 25 Rs Bottle) later.
9) There was no one to help with luggage on checkout
I had to fight with the staff to get the rooms shifted to the first floor where most of the amenities were in shape.
Hotel staff needs to be professional dealing with the guests and should be unbiased towards the guests who have booked the rooms online.
It is absolutely fantastic hotel. The taste of the food is very tasty and delicious. The location of the hotel is also very easily accessible.
1. The room allocated to us when we entered the hotel did not have latches to the bathroom. An alternate room was given though.
2. No dustbin, no bath towels, no bath soaps, present in the room. We had to place a request for them. Eventually hotel provided them but took a good 30 minutes for that
3. We ordered dinner from the restaurant attached to the hotel. They took a good 1 hour to deliver them. Hungry stomachs were cursing the service... obviously. The food delivrred was not in order. That took another 15 minutes to rectify.
4. Finally when we checked out, invorrect bills were given yo us
