I stayed here with my family for 2 days on our vacation trip to Pachmarhi.
I booked this hotel after looking at the google rating of 4.2 and I'm still wondering how they get this rating. It definitely doesn't deserve 4.2, an overall rating of 3 shall be ok.
The only disappointing thing in our trip is the stay at this hotel.
They charged 2200/- per night for a deluxe room. When I checked-in I was in complete shock and the worst part is that I can't get the refund to change the hotel.
After check-in, I found that the geyser is not working, TV cable is cut-off and not working, telephone is faulty, and the toilet is pathetic. I had to call the cleaning staff and get the toilet cleaned by giving him instructions. Well, there are not the things expected after paying 2200/- per night.
The food was too spicy too.
The owner looked customer friendly. However, this doesn't make the hotel worthy of 4.2 rating and a 2200/- per night chargeable.
I'm definitely NOT booking this hotel on my next trip to Pachmarhi.
I suggest you not to ruin your trip by booking this hotel as well. I'm not a person who usually writes reviews, unless very happy or very disappointed with the hotel.
Staff is very cooperative and good in nature, food quality was good, room condition was good, over all hotel was very nice.

I booked this hotel via MMT 1 week prior to my checkin, these guys have cancelled my booking just 2 days before my checkin date. Now, i have to bear my travel cancellation loss and obviously my trip is cancelled/ruined.

Scam hotel fraud online booking . Don't book these fraud . you will get at the hotel final the room and then they will not entertain you . They will have excise like Room is already book online . What fraud they are . If negative rating would be there then i would have given.
