Very dirty washroom....on repeated request agree to clean washroom....but no toilet paper there....flush was not working and no water supply there....They don't know how to behave with customers who are paying them....No to other alternative places at Nahan so they make use of this fact...if you can avoid please go to a nearby place for a hotel......The receptionist is very rude.....they don't know a thing about hospitality......!

Nice budget place. Tasty food. Hygiene is maintained. Parking is not available. But they arrange it.
Not good , rooms and washrooms are very dirty. Reception staff is very rude , dont know how to talk to a customer who is paying all the expense.
I stayed here two nights.. Everything was well and comfort.But with the rat running at night, I had a lot of trouble. About food ...food were good very tasty...

A nahan is a small old city surrounding nature. Hotel City Heart is very cost effective and has nice big rooms. I must say the staff are too cooperative. I reached midnight but they didn't show any tantrums. Thank you and I really appreciated.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazingly helpful. Very economically priced and delicious homely meals. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nahan.
Location was easy to find. Parking is also available. If guests have any problem, their staff always listen and helps the guests. Excellent experience.
