Room and washroom was not clean properly, jet inside the washroom was broken. The blanket cover and bedsheets had stains and the bedsheet was not clean. When I asked to change the bedsheets , staff mentioned " This much stains, marks, remains everywhere and if you want clean you should have booked 5 star hotel. " Staffs behavior was rude. Food was good though.

The hotel has a friendly staff. I booked a 3 bed room. The room had AC,TV and room service was also satisfactory. Food was great for me. Charges were okay as compared to other hotels.
Dropped this hotel in 30 minutes unfortunately, my experience was worst Despite waiting a long time for my room to be ready, I was disappointed to find that the toilet was not clean. Additionally Flush is not working properly , there was a fuzzy smell in the room that was quite unpleasant. I found the environment to be subpar and not well-maintained. While I wouldn't describe it as "junky," I definitely did not feel comfortable or at ease during my stay. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
Worst hotel in paharganj. Please stay away from this hotel. We have booked a room and the condition of the room was pathetic. Dirty and smelly washroom, Dirty bed sheets, blanket and room. The window of the room was broken and they were unable to fix it. And also at the time of checkout they hike their room prices as compare to they informed us during checkout. These are the hidden charges. So better don't book this hotel. There are many good hotels in the locality. Please stay away from this hotel or call it a scam.
The Manager r is very bad. Do not book rooms online if you can. When you book online and arrive at the hotel, you will be told that the room is not available. and you will be asked for additional money.
only good thing is that hotel is near to Delhi station. but the person Sanjeet singh at reception carrying lots of attitude, don't know how to talk with customer's. even hotel took service charges. don't go for this hotel ever otherwise ur trip will spoil this hotel. I posted pics where washroom tap breakable. u can see AC condition. nothing is upto mark. never book this hotel
We booked executive room which is decent in size and has a window with road view. Our stay was pleasant. Located 10 mins walking distance from new delhi railway station. Service was good and promt and food was tasty too.
