It's located in the middle of town hall road. Easily accessible to all places in and around Madurai town. As this place is walkable from the railway station and bus stand. Also famous veg hotel Sabrees, Prema Vilas, and opp this hotel non veg will be good. Very safe for both families as well as individuals.

Very worst and Rude Hotel. 1.The INTERCOM doesn't work at all (don't know how to contact the Reception). 2. The TV doesn't work properly (Informed the Reception, he said he will send a person, but he didn't). 3. There is no water heater in the rooms ( he has placed water heater in common in walking area, you have to carry a bucket, fill it with hot water and bring it to the room for a bath). 4. One of the lift operator (bald guy) is worst and very rude(every time he asks why you came down in a rude manner. 5. In Final billing, they will charge Rs.50 extra as Reception charges. Note: Please choose some decent and good hotel when you visit Madurai.
I have never seen such rude staff in my life especially the receptionist. Airtight rooms and dirty toilet. That receptionist is just an ugly person. Later I remember about Madurai some robber auto drivers. Such bad people..who live by deceiving people.I can't touch for a single
Kindly Read, I experienced one of the worst things ever. There was literally MUCUS on the doormat. Someone blew their nose or has spat on it. I was grossed out like anything. The rooms are tiny. The bathroom is tiny and dirty. They will not provide us Towels or Bedsheets. There was also mosquito larva, worms, parasites in the bathroom bucket water. No water heating facility also.The staff is so rude and the lift is so tiny. I think the lift is a few centuries old. Old model and tiny lift+ someone will come as lift operator and occupy half the space. Totally not worth it.There is no TV in some rooms and in rooms, where there is TV the remote is not functioning. I would never recommend anyone this hotel unless you have no option. There are a lot of other options near. It's just a bit cheap but it's totally not worth it considering the other factors. Just a pay few hundred rupees more and stay in other hotels. 100% Not Recommended.
