Earlier this was very neat & clean hotel. But now days lot of compromises in hygiene. Not cleaning Rooms & washrooms properly. They do not change bedsheets regularly and I had to request them twice to change the bed sheet and clean the washroom. The only reason to stay at this hotel is that the cooperation from staffs. Special mention of Sharif Bhai, Wasim bhai & Nikesh bhai.
This property is hardly 5 min walking distance from jalgaon station. Front desk staff is very polite. Food is gud. Only issue with ths hotel is, its very noisy. This is my 2 nd time stay in ths hotel. Both time i faced same issue. Other staff keep on making sound till 12.30 night outside passage. Thats very annoying. U cant sleep peacefully. Try avoiding room near lift or housekeeping desk area. U wont be able to rest peacefully
Zero Star, since check in there was no water in the wash room, for more than 12 hrs there was no water at all. Big issue of water in this hotel. I suggest not to stay in this hotel. After raising the issue all the staff gets activated. After 12 hrs finally I am able to go to the washroom.Bedsheets are not clean. i think they won't change bedsheets after guests check out. Because of the profession I used to travel across India and prefer to book hotels ..For the first time I had this horrible experience.
Pathetic service - raita served when biriyani was over. Very rude waiters. Asking the guests only to handover the plates and bowls.
Rude behavior of waiter and staff as well. Waiter says he has no time to take order. This hotel brings you main course first n starter afterwards, giving excuse that today is IPL final match. So this hotel owner is more interested in showing IPL match to his staff than looking after his business.
Free music channels of tv are not available , because hotel has decided that everybody is interested in sports.
I WOULD RECOMMEND TO STAY AT RAILWAY STATION BUT NOT AT KP PRIDE.
To be true rooms are good bt staff is so arrogant.

When asked the receptionist for a mosquito repellent liquidator......he handed an AGARBATTI stating that entire hotel doesn't have any mosquito repellent liquidator......After insisting finally got it after an hour
Nice place to stay. Had been there with family recently and experience good Hospitality. Supportive Staff. Good food, One of the best breakfast, Poha, Upama, Fruits, Misal Pao, Omlet bread, Toasts and tea of choice. Restaurant staff service par excellence. Ordered food to carry. Fulka ( Roti) and vegitable. Nicely cooked and packed.
