It's a good place to be, easily accessible and located 400 mtrs far from farukkhabad bus station. You have shops, brand outlets and eateries in walking distance. Good served was good. Staff was cooperative.
Only flaw is that it is good for a small gathering, max 100-150 people at a time.
Room service was fine, food was great and jeera mattha wae delicious but dirty and poorly functional bathrooms spoiled the reputation.

We hired the place for my sibling's engagement party. The catering services are good and the rooms are decent. Air conditioning is present in all rooms and you can even book suites. However there are no laundry services. It is a good place for hosting familial ceremonies and the main hall is air conditioned.
Newly constructed guest house and shop at Thandi Sadak...Well the shop is pretty nice because it's just like mall and have separate partitions for both men and women.
It also has very decent space in lawn although 8 have not visited this place but my friends has told.me about that.
