The rooms are in great condition with modern amenities. The wifi is little patchy but works most of the time. The breakfast buffet is complimentary and has plenty of options to choose from. Room service is quick and the location is decent. There's a revolving restaurant at the top of this hotel and one must visit there to have a full view of the Jammu city.
You can say it is one of the best hotels in jammu and the most interesting fact is that it revolves which makes the dining experience much more exciting. Even the food was too good i just loved it. Must visit this place with your family and loved ones.

KC residency has since long been one of the most popular hotels in Jammu. Recently I visited The Terrace Sky Lounge of KC residency and was satisfied by the whole experience. The food was good and the ambience too was impressive. The best part for me was the live music performance by two young men. The singer was an exceptionally talented person who made our evening even better by his soulful rendition of popular songs. I haven't witnessed a better performance than theirs.
Very poor room service as well as hotel staff service. Not attending normal tourists during any visit of VIP person. Don't go there
We went to K C RESIDENCY to confirm the Rates of the Hotel for Conference Purpose & after Finalizing the Conference dates with the Hotel. We both were there for half an hour to finalize the Rates with the Hotel After Finalizing all the Things we came back but we both were surprised that Hotel staff didn't offer us even a GLASS OF WATER in this Hot Weather So whenever you are going to K.C RESIDENCY Residency Road Jammu Please bring your water bottle with you Because Hotel Staff didn't offer your even Water
Just amazing. The ambience, food, service & the vibe. There is also a parking facility. All were in accordance to having a great time with friends and family.

Hotel is best out of best excellent service excellent location restaurant within the hotel and near to market. Staff is well trained and soft spoken. Beds are comfortable bathroom are neat and clean.overall nothing to say bed all good .keep it up.
Awesome place. It has valet parking. Food is good as are the drinks. The ambience is wonderful. It has veg and non veg food and choices. One can go for outdoor or indoor sitting. Music is loud on weekends
