HOTEL JYOTHIS RETREAT - Hotel in Nelliampathi - Palakkad, India

The hotel is in good locality easily accessible. Don't pay for the breakfast it's not good, they serve only idly and one boiled egg . The wifi doesn't reach your rooms even in first floor. The bed sheets are bit dirty.

Room was very clean and okay. Very much satisfied with the staff reception, service and hospitality. I chose a deluxe room, and the view from the balcony was really amazing. Breakfast was really so delicious (Idly). I didn't feel good with the towel and blanket provided. The furniture and electrical equipment are near to a maintenance. Balcony needs to be more closed for better privacy. Also there was too much noise from the hall while sleeping.

Nice rooms. Good service. Choose a room with view before booking. They gave us a complimentary breakfast.

I had a bad booking experience from the staff. It seems they wouldn't accept booking even before 10 days. "You can only get booking just before 3 days and also for their special rate (500 to 1000 extra per rooms) which they won't disclose until the last minute." . And also the staff were very bad at customer service. Finally I had to change my travel plans because there were no other stay availability at the last moment.

One of the best places i have come across, the view is breathtaking and mesmerizing... Love the ambience... Staff were so helpful and ready at yoir needs. Highly recommended. Will see you all soon

Very bad smell in entire building. They said that it's because of monkeys. They sprayed some air freshener in the room. Rooms and bathroom are neat and clean except the bedsheets, which had stains. Jio and BSNL has coverage in the room.

Stay was fine.. They provide breakfast (if you opt during booking) though the bf was not good enough.. And I was staying at 3rd floor and they don't hv wifi connection strength to reach 3rd floor... Check in and checkout was smooth.

Reasonably good place to stay at Nelliampathy. One side is tea estate. Rooms are maintained. Rates are reasonable. Parking space available. Close to shops and other establishments. Most other places are interior and might not be in good shape and comfortable. I recommend this place.
