I'm am from Australia and Jump was the first place I came to after landing in India.
I have to say the service has been exceptional, the hotel staff are very accommodating and very friendly.
The breakfast is amazing.

Hotel Jump in and out was a good hotel in Coimbatore. It's very near to the sitra Airport. we try the complimentary breakfast. It was amazing and good service from restaurant, and good cleaned rooms from housekeeping and the check-in process time. Just two minutes. It was very nice. Hotel Jump in & out is conveniently located from airport around 1.00 km away.It is easy for business travellers. Breakfast quality & taste was excellent & South Indian food lovers can try this .
Despite my request for a non-smoking room, the room smelled strongly of smoke. The restrooms were filthy and unsanitary! This is a location I would only recommend as a last resort. I'm not sure how they got such excellent grades. The personnel, particularly the MD, were rude and arrogant, yet they were to fault for the filthy conditions in the rooms. I even strolled into a room full of filthy old mattresses piled up to the ceiling!I wish I could share the photographs and videos I took; I couldn't even sleep there. I called the front desk and informed them that Mr. John (Jr Kamal Hassan) would be performing activities that were above and beyond those of professional performers. I hung up and promised never to call again!!Worst customer service I've ever encountered. DO NOT waste your money .Stay there with of falsehoods if you wish to enjoy the roster of worst day.
I travel to Coimbatore frequently for Business purposes. Hotel Jump in & out is the only hotel I prefer to stay whenever I am here.
They are budget friendly as well as located in well connected area which is very close to Airport.
Also they are more friendly and provide timely service.
My stay at Hotel Jump in & Out was quite disappointing, primarily due to the excessive noise coming from nearby rooms. Throughout the night, I was constantly disturbed by loud conversations and other disruptive sounds, which greatly affected the quality of my sleep. It was truly frustrating and made it impossible to have a peaceful and restful night.
Unfortunately, the noise issue overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel. Despite the pleasant ambiance and courteous staff, the lack of soundproofing and consideration for guests tranquility was a major drawback. As a result, I cannot recommend this hotel to others, particularly those seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Received by the front office staff politely, room was oofered immediately and that too without asking for advance payment attached hotel is vey good with tasteful food items.whenever I go to CBE my choice is this hotel only since 4 years
