Very nice hotel, good ambience with sufficient car parking space. They have 3 types of rooms with all normal and good facilities. Food at the restaurant was really good with affordable price.

The restaurant staff lack training and are in dire need of education about the services and food on offer. Ordered dry dishes and recieved gravy, after repeatedly requesting for it and them accepting the request. This place used to have excellent customer service a few years ago.

One of the best places to eat in Payyanur. Enough facility for parking. The restaurant is mostly busy. There are a variety of dishes on the menu and all are delicious .

Bad customer service and average food, The payasam which provided with meals was old and no longer fresh. Biryani is just average, didn't feel freshness. when we informed cashier he was like "i don't care" The owner need to educate their employees about how to make excellent service.

This is our second time. We had kizhi porotta with beef and chicken, chicken fried rice. Unlike usual kizhi, where the mix of meat and porotta roasted over tawa in banana leaf, they just put the mix in banana leaf. Still it was good. Their prawns fry was must try. Ayakoora fry was average. They said biryani was over. But I was able to see they serve biryani for those who came after us.

Excellent service. Food is great consistently. They have party halls and good rooms available at decent charges. Spacious parking and superb location.
