Bedsheet was so dirty
Pillow covers were also dirty
Washroom gate was totally broken!! We can't even close it because the gate was broken state(by default in two part)
Don't provide towel, when asked they say laundry isn't ready!
The room was open from backside (pit hole, maybe that's for ventilation but it wasn't covered with net) from which huge amount of mosquitoes were coming.
The floor staff members are chatting on the floor though out the time which makes stay very irritating!
One of the most horrible experience i ever had!!
Tables & chair were covered with thick layer of dust.
Overall there nothing good in service and in clean state!

Very bad behavior and way of talking and treating people by Mr. Bharatlal Bhatewara who is the owner of this hotel. Person can compromise over services but not on the respect part. Don't know how his hotel is running. I will never suggest to visit the place otherwise your joy will become your sorrow. They should change the name to Hotel sorrow palace.
Rooms are tiny and smelly. Housekeeping not up to mark.

Charge for eating outside food, even if you do not order anything from here the charge and not cleaning at all and there is no way to talk to the workers and what to say about this hotel..And if you come further you will know. Basterds
Inspire of prior booking and clean room request bed sheets were dirty, washroom was not cleaned, wash basin was chocked.
Things were attended to after being pointed out.
My 2nd time visit.. Good experience.. Room service is good.. Couple friendly..
