Rooms cleanliness were strictly maintained. throughout the stay, the service was amazing. And the main USP is location. It is situated right on the face of Yamuna Expressway.

I Think fraud happened to me- In Aug 2022 i have purchased membership of Jodha the Great in Rs. 999. it is valid till 31 Aug 2023. I have hardly used some given coupon in the valid tenure. As Now on this month when membership is going to expire i planned to avail such offer , so visited the place Jodha The Great at Guru Ka taal. We have dinner there, which was delicious. Now at the time of billing we present our coupon and card to avail membership benefits, for which billing staff denied to give discount due to Festival day. Here i am want to say that there is no written rule for such deniel for such festival day. Also we confirm for 31 Aug also they said discount and coupon is not valid on 30 and 31 Aug 2023. This was quiet embracing and disappointed. This is not good for such big chain of Pind Baluchi where customer believe to get the good service and benefits. I request Hotel Management to investigate the issue and provide satisfy answer reg. denial of such discount under paid membership.

Worst experience. Ordered breakfast at 11:00 AM. One hour later they told me breakfast was not available and lunch available after 1:00 PM

Good location. Yamuna expressway only 100 meter. Tajmahal 10 km. Nice hotel but little expensive

The hotel is in a remote location, away from central Agra. The rooms were under construction or some kind of repair work was going on. They charged us 1500 without a bill. The door lock was broken. I had to ask them for towels and basic toilet amenities myself, they were not there in the room already. The room was spacious but it was not a deluxe room. The only available food source was Pind-balluchi restaurant owned by hotel only. That was expensive as well.

Had booked 2 nos of Super deluxe rooms about one week in advance with full payment for one night stay but, allotted one lower grade i e. Deluxe room without informing us. When we asked hotel staff (after seeing the room) to change the room, they started giving lame excuses, Super deluxe room is not available. Later, raised the issue to Goibibo and after their intervention, hotel staff agreed to change the room after few hours. I refused to change the room as it was already become late night. Room condition was very bad- smelly rooms, seepage in walls, plasters patches, non functional TV etc. Also, it is quite pathetic that morning Tea or coffee is not available before 0930 AM?? Hotel is under renovation and lot of noisy activities continued late night/early morning, Stopped after protest from guests. Only good thing was tasty food from attached Pind Baluchi restaurant.

Location is on highway, easy to reach, no issues with car parking, good dhabas in vicinity, Room infra was good but bed sheet and pillow covers were not very clean may be very old one, this could be improved. Hotel staff was good and helpful.
