The food in the restaurant is good. Tastes good, won't say it's over the top but it's good. This hotel has swimming pool as well you can learn swimming here which is obviously chargeable.

If you want to stay in Purnia it might be one of the better hotels. The rooms are neat and clean. They are on the higher side compared to other cities. They also have a restaurant in the ground floor. The food is good.

We are extremely disappointed with the receptionist person, the behavior like a rude man and also talk like rudly when i said him i have two coupon with two person name he had not accepted my coupon and also said " mai yha dukan khol ke nh baitha hu " what his problem he had no manners how to talk own customers and also not accepted own fault when he's imposing this fault to another staff, "mera staff nya h wo apko kch nhi btaya aap reception mai aake bat krte " what his problems when he's receptionist person to aap apne staff ko bta ke rkhte apni glti ko staff pe chhor rhe totally disgusting man Not happy totally disappointed with your receptionist person behavior,and also very bad and rude behaviour, your manager, i want to encourage you to improve your customer service...

It has been a month since I am staying here and I must mention that it is the best imagined treatment they've provided me in a new town away from home. The way the staff greats and treat is phenomenal. Good training by the management. Other than that there are some features which is one of a kind in Punrea. Swimming Pool Pool Side Restraunt Luxury Spacious Rooms Parking Facility for more than 30 cars. A lot. Helpful for large gatherings. Great offerings on long term stays! The room is very nice and clean. City view from the room is good. Hotel's service is quick and prompt. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Overall I have a very pleasant stay and very pleased with the Hotel staffs service, behaviour towards guest. One is the best hotel in Purnea. Great job Thanks for your service JMD staff.
