Very bad experience at Hotel JMD katihar. Worst service and costly. No buffet for Complimentory breakfast, you have to choose only one item among the limited option. Rooms are very small in size and washroom is much congested, you can't even take proper bath

A bit overpriced but a comfortable and pleasant stay. Surprising , was the food quality. It was really good

I visit here before some day for engagement of my cousin. After visiting. 1. Deluxe Room is too good. 2. Semi deluxe also good. 3. Hall for party purpose is sufficient but there is a little problem hall fully ac but in front of hall kitchen so you can smell what cooks inside Staff and manager. Staff behavior and cooperation superb. And the way of talk is too good. Manager behavior and service and knowledge ultimate. Conclusion. Lift is too slow and ac not working kindly update Parking area is too short kindly seen it

It's a bit on the expensive side. I mainly visited here to dine-in in there in-house restaurant. Quality and taste of food served are good but are not on the side of the pockets. Plenty of dine-in options are available nearby which you can find a little bit on cheaper side.

Room was clean. Every Time I should tell to get hot water. Hotel guys were making to wait for 30 40 min. To on the Geyser. In rooms it was available. But they have some problem. No ventilation in room. Feel like suffocating in middle of night. Check out time is 12pm. I requested them can I stay till 1pm. Since day before I checked in the evening 7:00pm. Reception person upfront told me to pay 500 Rs. If you stay more then 15 min after 12pm. Will not visit this HOTEL JMD INTERNATIONAL next time.304012pm.1pm.7:00pm.50015A tiny but nice property trying hard to offer star rated facilities at a small place like Katihar. Overall very satisfying in terms of money spend against services offered. Good disciplined staff ready to help always. They are very accommodating to early or late check ins. Food is a real treat whether you prefer in room service or restaurant. Housekeeping is excellent. It will be more better if they offer a buffet breakfast but the dishes offered to be selected from menu for breakfast are also good enough.
