very nice hotel near by central bus stand good staff and room is big and clean food also very good

We asked for a stay at 1:30 at night and the staff calmly accepted our request! They even accommodated extra people and provided us with everything we needed even late at night! Our bus was broken and thus we they provided us with a late check of 2:30 hours which helped us a lot!

hotel is very near by bus stand but property is very old need some maintenance..

we booked this hotel for 2 days stay because it was mentioned that hot water facility will be available 24x7 and the same was confirmed while booking and on arrival by the staff. we didn't get hot water in morning 6am in both our rooms and we had to bathe with cold water in this cold weather. our parents who are senior citizens faced a lot of difficulty after bathing with cold water in winter morning. we were promised hot water next morning by the staff which they failed to even on the second day. our parents who are senior citizen had to bath with cold water at 6am in morning and faced health issues. after requesting multiple times we were given stove heated hot water only in one room on second day which led to delay in check out. the light above the dressing room was also not working making it difficult to get ready in the dark. it was difficult to even see the face also properly in the mirror. we didn't book and pay the hotel to face such hardships

Never ever go to this hotel. first, they gave me some other room than what I had booked. Then they provided an actual room as per booking which was full of cockroaches everywhere. So had to change to another room but the issue was the same there too. Bedsheets and bathrooms were not clean, the bathroom was cleaned on request but the bedsheet was not changed. The staff was not cooperative.

Not recommended.. My first impressions about this place is not good. Rooms are not so much clean. Bedsheets and linens are having stains and spots. Toilets are unhygienic and stinking. I arrived at the midnight 1.00 am. Prebooked over phone. After arriving, Initially they offered me the worst room of their hotel. then I demanded to change the room. And to surprise they obliged me with a AC room at a condition to vacate it the next morning. Overall a disappointing and depressing experience.

They didn't provide us a bigger room for four people and the entire hotel is makeshift, I've been to much better places for the same rate. Didn't even provide us with towels, toothpaste. They couldn't even provide hot water after asking for it for almost 5 hours. The entire hotel is a floor and it resembles a film set meant to be a hotel not a proper hotel

I have booked deluxe room with breakfast in the hotel and when I reached mid night they were not having any room. instead they alloted me some other hotel room something like chain hotel wherein the washrooms were wet as some guest just checked out just before I entered there. when I asked for breakfast which was included, the staff could not respond to it. As we are traveller and we don't have fix time to check in and check out hotel manager should check the booking list as we have to wait for long to get our rooms also.
