We had a terrible experience. The hotels staff were absolutely unprofessional. We checked out and kept our bags at the reception after they confirmed that it will be completely safe. When we returned and checked our bags, few of our belongings were missing. We reported the issue to the receptionist and they completely denied that the bags were even touched by anyone. We asked for the recording and waited for 3 hours but they did not shared till then. We were about to leave for our bus when they showed the video in their phone and did not send to Us. We were only dealing with 2 hotel staff but they called more 3 guys and were yelling at us for blaming them. We really felt unsafe and immediately left the hotel. Very very unsafe. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.

This hotel has poor drainage system. We stayed on ground floor room and suffered a lot from bad smell coming in the room. The toilet drainage system is just outside the window, that too not closed. Sandas ka bass araha tha whole day. Unfortunately full payment karne k baad pata chala. The hotel did not give complimentary water. When we asked for blankets, fati hui chaddar mili. Ye hotel me toh free me bhi rehna mushkil hail. Overall, I don't even wanted to give 1 rating, ye hotel pura flop show hai. Please don't book this considering near to golden temple, aur bhi ache options near town hall mil jayengey.

I stayed here with my friends. The owner is an extremely rude person. And being a part of an all girls group we felt extremely unsafe. We lost our belongings from the reception. And when we demanded the CCTV recordings, we were surrounded by a group of unruly men which made us feel attacked and unsafe. Wouldn't recommend this stay to anyone

Giving a 1 star rating just coz can't give 0. We booked through MMT. Rate wise comparatively cheap. Near to golden temple. These are the only pros of this property. Now looking at cons.. 1. A very bad smell of sewage will always b there in a room. 2. A window which has a drainage view. There is nothing in front of window.. window is having mirror finishing.. so that u can't see beyond window which has open sewage. In the morning time If inside light is off you will able to see a treasure of potty. 3. No complementary water. Very poor service. 4. We have to ask for each n every basic thing.. ex soap, towel, blanket etc. 5.when we asked for the blanket, we got bedsheets which were having holes in it. 6. Doormats was loaded with dust particles. My personal opinion: If u r getting a free stay then also plz don't stay here.

The property is in middle of streets but quiet near to Golden temple and jallianwala bagh. You can find good decent places to eat while walking towards the temple from the property. The rooms are okay and the staff is decent.

Hotel is very good to stay. 5 minute walking distance from golden temple. Peaceful place. Thanks to Mr. Sidhant Sethi. My family's also very happy to stay here. We'd like to visit again here.

Good staff. Clean rooms. Front desk manager gives extra hour for stay with no cost thnk you very much. Speacially point this hotel it's situated peaceful place near golden Temple special thanks to owner Mr. Siddhant sethi... And his staff... With well maintain. I recommend this hotel rooms... Definitely
