We live in this hotel regularly as it's a tie up hotel with our company. I had a sudden plan and i visited without informing but staff not even opened the gates & talked with me from the other side. I requested if it can be managed. I can change the room later. But denied and now I m in a better hotel. Who gave me check in at 6 Am.
