The hotel is certainly not bad as it looks on website pictures. It is a decent place in case you can live with the renovation that's currently going on. The rooms are actually decent an location is great in case you can live with the work that's happening. Do not expect a very swift response but the employees and staff is decent to address your issues.

Bad quality of rooms, today 7th jan very hot even room blower not properly hot the room. Rate are high in comparison quality of room and service. I not suggest anyone to stay in jiwan plaza hotel. Tv not working all the wooden material were badely damage by termine

It's a perfect location for a traveller.. various restaurant inside the hotel itself is present such hashtags, Dosai and Biryani. Trust me, the restaurant offers a very satisfying meals. The hotel owner is very nice and friendly. He listened to any critics be it positive or negative. He is a nice person..Hotel staff and management is very friendly too. highly recommended to all..

This is located on main Nabha Road/Bhupendra Road, near Columbia Asia hospital. There is a restaurant and cafe on ground floor and first floor is rooms. The rooms are very basic, Cleanliness is an issue. there is no telephone connectivity from room to reception/room services. There is Seepage in the walls and you may find some weird left overs in the rooms. Wash rooms need a little more maintenance. the supply of toileteries is like that of Dharamshala. Room service can be availed by calling on given mobile numbers. Staff is gentle and will behaved.

One of the big mistake of my life ,to visit here for lunch inside south Indian restaurant Dosa-i, food quality is low as lowest, and prices as high to highest. My friendly advice , if you do not care price matter and quality matter, just rush,otherwise do not think his name in city.

Meat/Chicken was raw from inside and blood dripped while having a bite and the waiter replied to me, " Mam, we cannot check the chicken from inside... asin chicken de andr vd k tn ni dekh skde na.." i would have given even less than 1 star if it would be possible only.

Very very baad experience don't stay this hotel service not good room not so good
