Hotel Jhankar Palace - Hotel in Dhule - Dhule, India

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Jhankar Palace, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Every aspect of the restaurant, from the ambiance to the food and service, exceeded my expectations. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The tasteful decor, soft lighting, and soothing background music created a relaxed and comfortable environment. The Stuff at Hotel Jhankar Palace were truly exceptional. From the moment I was greeted at the door to the attentive service throughout the meal, their professionalism and friendliness were commendable. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations, catering to my dietary preferences with ease.

Absolute delight, never got better return for the money. Perfect stay as a traveller. The Customer service is outstanding, better than any 5 star in delhi or mumbai. Its a vegeterian place, however great taste and they will give you half portion if you are alone!!

Hotel is safe from family prospective but rooms are not upto the mark.. western cistern damage ,doors not properly locked and wall stains..i think Hotel management should take care of this repairing on daily checkup basis..if they know this type of issues in rooms then they should not give the keys to guest which is biggest mistake or lapses in accordance to management. Servicing staff is good and upto the mark and make feel to comfortable but something's beyond their limit which should take care by Management team. I have photos but don't want to let down by posting such small things .hope so management ll take action and further this type of issues not face to any other guest.

Room service is WORST and staff only argue even if they have done mistake they never accept their mistakes had worst experience of staff. Cheap washroom condition. No cold water provided for drinking even after requesting many times we had not asked water for free no doormats due to this room was getting wet and slippery no hot water for bathing. Please teach your staff how to interact with guest how to be polite. Due to such staff you may loose ratings clients after being good hotel but still felt bit over priced compared to the service given.

Rooms are clean. But few things are very cheap as compared to the rates they charge. For ex. The bathroom plastic stools, the very cheap plastic cup for tea/coffee in a Shiney restaurant. Service? - what is that? It seems this hotel is primarily used as a stay for wedding guests. So they do not need to show any service or courtesy. This lack of service is even visible in their body language.

Its a good place to make a pitstop while you travel. Yay - Restaurant has good ambience, food is nice Nay - Rooms are small with no ventilation, bathrooms are basic Slightly overpriced

The most horrible hotel room i have ever stayed in. The ac was unable to cool the room at 18degrees in more than an hour. Highly laxed out service. The extra plates never came back. The water bottles were boiling. The cold water was supposed to be purchased. Highly commercialised with zero facilities and lacking basic amenities. Rooms with one third of this price serve much better value than this. Regret my decision of staying here

The worst experience occurred when I booked a business executive room. When I entered the room, which was reeking of cigarete smoke, Dustbin and a prior visitor to the west were lying there. The worst aspect was that after phoning reception, the maintenance man didn't arrive for 1.5 hours. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, Jet Spry wasn't functioning. Broken toilet seat. A/C stopped functioning at precisely one in the morning, and we left the room at five in the morning till it stopped working again. Absolutely not advised to remain Even after restorant , we ordered something else, and it was delivered differently.
