Stayed here with family including kids, it was one of the best experiences. Homely stay with no compromise on luxury and comfort. The host Mr. Sarwar was friendly, extremely warm and helpful. From serving delicious homemade food including local cuisine, arranging comfortable and safe travel arrangements for sightseeing and transfers to guiding us through tourist attractions and reasonable shopping experiences, everything from start to end of the trip was smoothly handled by Mr Sarwar. Overall it was a pleasant and warm experience. Would definitely recommend everyone planning their trip to Kashmir to stay at this hotel..it is reasonably priced and totally worth the stay and money!

We were in group , and we had great time here. Service by staff member are too good Owner of the hotel is so supportive and friendly. He cooperated so well . He is just a call away for everything.It was just like second home to us... Looking forward for next vacation with j h bazaz hotel.

We stayed here for 3 days and it was really good. The location is awesome. The rooms are really nice. The best part, however, was each and every request was fullfilled promptly. Mr Sarwar is a gem of a person. He went out of his way to help us during a medical emergency. I am really happy that we stayed here. It's totally worth it.

Very caring and nice person which I liked the most. He took care of each and every minute things and for his welcoming nature we felt a homely atmosphere staying there. It was a wonderful experience for us.

Recently, I stayed at Hotel JH Bazaz with my Parents for 4 days. We had a pleasant stay over there. The owner, Mr Sarwar is a very generous, polite and helpful person. He made all the arrangements for our Kashmir trip whether arranging for vehicles or stay at Pahalgam etc. The room was very neat and clean and had all the basic amenities. The washroom was clean as well. The food served at the hotel is so delicious as it is home cooked. It's a homely atmosphere over there. We really felt like home. The hotel has a prime location. Quite near to Dal Lake Ghat No. 2. You'll find many public transport options as well to visit local market etc. Would recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Kashmir with family. And we would like to stay there again in our next visit.

Amazing stay, amazing host. Its a very clean property. The location is just apt, just a lane away from the dal lake road. Sarwar ji is such a humble person and always ready to help. He even helped us book the hotel for the next day when his own property was full. And we also kept the luggage for a day while we went to pahalgam. Definitely recommending to friends and family! Hope to stay again soon !

We stayed here for 4 nights in July 2023. The location is great, very close to dal lake ghat 1. Hotel rooms were clean , neat and tidy.24 hours running hot water. Everything is properly maintained The owner Mr.Sarvar is very friendly and helpful. Great hospitality.They treat guest like family. Staffs were helpful. Food is delicious as well . They serve both Veg and Non Veg . Food was served on time. They have 5G wifi All this at reasonable room charges. Mr Sarvar had arranged for complete Kashmir tour package at reasonable rates.

The hotel was at good location with enough amenities at reasonable price. It's nearby dal lake so you can have an evening walk by the lake. Mr. Sarwar is very humble and helpful. Food was very homely. It was a very nice stay.
