Highly recommended if you are looking for a budget hotel in Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Budget friendly and Very supportive manager and front desk staff. Maintenance and Washroom cleanliness although require attention and the staff mentioned they are working towards it. Overall a good stay for tea and food you can get lot of options nearby.

Lacks quality of service. The exhaust fan of the bathroom was non-functional and they did not fix it in spite of reminding them numerous times. There wasn't even a proper floor mat in front of the bathroom. Food brought from other restaurants lacks quality vs price. Complimentary breakfast is just for name's sake: poor quality. Rooms are fine. I would have given a 3 star rating, but the staff pleaded to me to give a 3+ rating at checkout, which was unjustified of them after being so irresponsible in service. So just 2 stars from me. However, a good choice at the price range!

Absolutely rubbish property with hell lot of cockroach and bed bugs, stinking pillows and blankets, blocked shower. and most importantly they start the geyser from 7am to 10 am only so if you check in after 10 am then you have to wait till next day to take shower so better to avoid this dirty hotel at any cost even for free, don't go to this hotel.

Very poor service. Rooms are not clean. You won't get hot water. Non of the rooms , AC are working. You can see worst staff behavior here. Only you can watch local few channels. Totally mood upset and wasting money bypaying 2000 per night. No pest control over here. We had insects bite over here.

Don't book this hotel as they will not give good service . I have booked this hotel and they don't provide me even drinking water rooms and bathroom were so dirty. Telephone and TV connection was not there . Hot water facility was not there. And when asked to give me some compensation on booking at the time of chek out then they said why did you stayed here when don't like or get the facilities here, so rude and not supportive staff.

Worst experience. Scam hotel and ill mannered staff. If there is any chance of giving them negative rating then I would certainly have. I did a booking way in advance for my cousin travelling and when he reached they said hotel is full and they just have a tie up with OYO and noone else. The person I spoke to was so rude as if I am not paying. Worthless hotel. Please don't book it and I believe one shouldn't go to them directly even.

Rooms are very nice, Staf is so good Hotel interior is good hotel need to increase service and maintenance. U I'll get WiFi connectivity and cable TV rooms are looks good. It's ideal for 2 person for 1 room. Over all experience is good.

It's an oyo hotel. Rooms are spacious . I got one for around Rs 1800. The rooms are clean. The hotel doesn't have its own kitchen however whatever you desire can be procured by the hotel boys though at a price. Management is polite and courteous. The only problem is that it is in a very congested place. Pooja park is near by and the cab you book will leave you there . From there it is a two minute walk.
