Hotel Jewel Palace - Hotel in New Delhi, Delhi - Central, India

Rooms are not so great, renovation is required. It's not worth money. Breakfast also not good.

The staff is not good and the hotel is only for families no couples allowed.

My father and brother had stayed at this hotel prior my arrival there. Therefore, I thought of going there when I landed in Delhi. It was early morning, the guy opened the door and instantly told me the hotel was fully booked and then start asking me qualifying questions in a very degrading manner like, this hotel is only for corporates only & what is the amount you are willing to paying to stay? What is your range etc. He is extremely rude, will make you feel unwelcoming and unfriendly. It is conveyed by his body language and facial expressions too. Having travelled across 3 continents and more than 50 different cities, this was the most humiliating hospitality experience. Please avoid this in Delhi. There are lot of other very welcoming hotels with warmth, are professional and know the true meaning of hospitality.

My native place is MP and my sister got hitched in Karnal , we all were too perplexed , as firstly its a destination wedding and we had an ample number of guests , approximately 80 to 100 . To find a place , which seems pleasent , comfortable , nearby wedding venue and economic was difficult . We knew that we can't compromise on the stay as its something which is an indispensable aspect . Therefore , we were ready to spend some extras but later down the line , we came across this respective hotel that is Hotel jewels . And we were all awestruck , to see that , it has everything we need and moreover in terms of monetary , its reasonable . All the staffs were on their knees , when required . Overall a good experience

The room , location are above average for that prices, but the service is excellent especially hotel staff done splendid job

The best place around Karol Bagh. It's very contrasting to the surroundings there and definitely makes one feel safe knowing about it. Hospitality and service was impeccable. Very friendly staff, who go outside their way to assist you whenever. Could be a little pricey, but it's worth it. The atmosphere and the comfortability is on par with standards. Rooms are spacious. WiFi is a bit slow but that isn't primal. Food is reasonable or sometimes expensive, but it's your best bet here if you don't want to get sick for your Visa interview or any other business that you're on. Overall a solid 8/10. Check it out.

Decent budget hotel in Karol Bagh. It's not fancy but rooms were neat and clean and the bathrooms were clean as well. In the winter they even provided a heater in the room and staff is very cooperative and friendly as well. Didn't really eat breakfast so can comment on that. Roshan Di Kulfi is right around the corner so breakfast there is a must !

Prime location in KAROL bagh area.Nice & cooperative management. No parking facility. You have to pay around Rs.500 for full day car parking which seems too expensive and strange. Rooms are good but very small. House keeping staff act on their own without your request/permission/information, whether it is room cleaning or maintenance. Food also needs improvement. Buffet Breakfast too was not upto our satisfaction with regard to service and preparation. Place is good for those who visit Karol bagh for business purposes.
