When we called the front desk for a room, we mentioned we are 4 Adults. Other hotels would have insisted to take 2 separate rooms whereas this hotel person understood our requirement and told us he will provide 1 big room where all 4 of us can accommodate. Very cooperative staff, clean rooms. Breakfast was much better than any other well rated 3 star hotels. They have an underground parking area as well.
The area where hotel is situated is good but water gets blocked I'm washrooms,staff is not at all cooperative the hotel is too overrated

Lovely Stay I had in this place. In this region it's one of the best at pocket friendly prices. Rooms are Big enough, Could do better in the Bathroom areas and plumbing system as it's too hot or Cold. But saying this compared to others I stayed this I felt Good... Breakfast is lovely spread the USP of this place is service and Good Hospitable people. Do not take you for granted. They even give you corporate discount....
My family recently stayed at this hotel for a comfortable 4-day stay and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service and amenities offered. The price included a complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and really added to the value of the stay. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city of Rajamundry and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

Bath room is not maintained properly. No curtain in bath area .no hot water r supply looks to be the hot water tank empty. Air conditioning did not work. Nointercom telephone. people have to call with their mobile every time for any service request.
