Hospitality at its best...... Best hotel in Jaisalmer to stay for tourists related trips with family. Cooperative staff and services are good and food quality and quantity is also good. Also in the center of city. Rate of hotel is very reasonable with breakfast. There are lots of variety in breakfast. We stayed there in privilege room for 4 nights, we have not any problem with the staff, Room are neat & clean & also staff are very kind & co-operative. We have amazing experience with this hotel.

Amezing & memorable stay, Faultless beautiful heritage property..... Really happy with the services provided by the hotel Jessulkot, Would specially like to thanks Owner Mr. Mahaveer singh ji for his warm welcome given to us, We were too touched about how he made us use the lift and he climbed the stairs, to maintain social distancing and then escorted us to our room. Really happy to know about the safety measures taken by the hotel, Rooms are so beautiful & clean, also the food was so tasty, Would surely be back for such a beautiful experience

Even the restaurant service and food is very good. All the rooms are so beautiful & well decorated, The staff tries their best to keep your stay comfortable. Overall a great experience here.

I just very recently had the pleasure of staying at this property and proposing to my wife. Words cannot describe the sheer beauty of privilege rooms. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The luxurious amenities and attention to detail exceeded all our expectations. Ultimate hospitality We had a great stay at Jessulkot Jaisalmer. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and the check-in process was friendly & comfortable, we were invited to have a seat on a heritage style yellow stone sofa while our documents were sorted. As we were the only customers there we felt like this process should be a little bit more coordinated. The room was very nicely furnished & spacious. We would have preferred a desk rather than a small table but that's more a personal taste. Excellent mattress and bedsheets. WIFI spotless. Rooftop restaurant was very good we had particularly appreciated the service of restaurant staff.

I had an absolutely delightful experience during my stay at your hotel ! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, in particular, stood out with his exceptional service and genuine care for the guests, His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my stay memorable.

We booked 6 privileged rooms.... For Rs 3000 per room including breakfast.... Hotel just fooled us by providing 2 privileged rooms and rest 4 rooms superior.... Taking 10 Rs extra for packaged drinking water. Its not a 3 star hotel... Maximum 2 star.. Breakfast:- Will give dry bread, butter and Jam... Toast should be done by customer.... Upma was full of chilly powder... Toilet:-All taps are leaking and no maintenance done.... Stingy smell Service:-Zero service... Till now we had not checked out without giving tips to staff... For the first time we had not given a penny as tip because of their service... Only Positive is we can take photos on hall with good background... And a small lift... Kindly don't go by 4.6 rating on google... If there was negative star i could have given minus five to them....think twice before booking

We had booked this hotel during our stay at Jaisalmer and to our surprise our room was upgraded from Superior to privilege, Rooms were so clean, tidy and very big, The services starting from check-in till we checked-out were great, One should definitely book rooms here as you can get exceptional services.
