Had a very bad experience over there. Staffs were good but the owner need to correct there behaviour. They just didn't provide basic facilities like blanket geyser.. I had to suffer for 2 days without proper water supply in the bathroom that too having a 1 year baby along with me.
In Balurghat you can't expect a very hi fi Hotel with a very luxurious room and facilities. If we ignore those facilities then it is quite OK to stay. Quite a value for Money.

The best thing about this place is the central location in the town.. nicevwell maintained rooms but quiet cheap.. staffs are very polite and always at your service.. room service is good enough.. tie up with the best multi quisine restaurant nearby
My experience is just superb. Whenever I go to TITAN I only buy specs cause I have a craze about TITAN specs. The specs collection is outstanding for every type of faces in TITAN. Staff behaviour is also nice. I have also bought a wrist watch from TI
