Nice place to stay and affordable , very friendly environment , all service available and Easy accessible would defiantly visit next time.
The place is nice the beaches are very much near from it like 6-7 kms only. the facilities are nice but in our case the room got tv but not working, they told us gyeser would be fixed but it was not, water is an issue i mean they got purifier installed in bathroom that's really strange. the building appears to be very old you get the idea when you see switch boards. house keeping is not done you'll have to ask for it then they'll do it. rest up to you overall it was ok ok ....
I booked this hotel on oyo for 700 and when I went to check in the receptionist said that they dont use oyo and can't give us a room... when I contacted oyo assistant he told me that he will refund the money.. Then the receptionist was like u can book this room directly without oyo for 1300.. They are scammers and will just take ur money and give u worse rooms... The rooms are not even worth the money... It would be advisable to spend the night in ur vehicle or elsewhere then staying at this hotel... If the owner of the hotel is reading this make sure u know that the people at ur reception are looting people and charging them more money and telling them not to book on oyo and pay and take a room directly..
Not good for couple if u are with friends its k for saving money bcoz we are travel all day.. Overall its fine but if u want best hotel then go for other hotels and if want to travel north goa then find hotel near baga beach or calangute beach or punjim
Well organised n good lighting, service n good food ...rates comparable to other restaurants but food good for the money ...waiters should wear uniforms n presently masks.
Worst cleanliness in room as well as bathroom. Tiny bathroom. Rude behaviour of staff. No connectivity to tourist places nearby.
Not a great hotel as it looks in the photo. And reception service and room service is terrible.I have booked via OYO and it is completely worthless to stay there , especially most of the rooms does not have windows. It was a shabby experience for me.

A best hotel for stay. The location is perfect for north goa and south goa. Location is far only 10 kms from bagha beach and calangute beach and 15 kms aways from panaji ( south goa). Hotel staff is also good. I will give 4 star out of 5 for the Brea
