Don't say this 3 star hotel. It's Saraya or u can say dharmshala or may they are better then this hotel Breakfast ohh my god wat a lovely street food or maybe called like 10 rs food

It is a decent 3-star hotel, not luxurious or grand. The size of the rooms could have been a little more as it could HARDLY accommodate 3 people inside, with the luggage. The manager at the reception and the staff, were helpful and kind and they were also cooperative with entry at late hours. The food served at breakfast, was delicious and had sufficient variety. I was unsatisfied with the following facilities: i) the overall hygiene of the rooms and washrooms could have been better ii) the door of the washroom did not lock properly iii) the doorknob of the main door was broken from inside

Superbb! Well organised and cleaned rooms and also they are giving such good service. I really enjoyed and satisfied with their hospitality.

Yes, it is certainly one of the best budget hotels in Delhi. The room was clean and so were the bedding and towels with all the promised amenities - Electric kettle along with complimentary tea bags, sugar, milk and a couple of coffee sachets. The washroom was spotless and well stocked -shampoo, soap, moisturizer, dental kit, shower cap, comb, and even a cute li'l sewing kit. Garbage bins were there in the room as well as in the washroom. As breakfast was complimentary, I expected the worse as per my experience at other hotels. But it was a delight! Unlike other places, you had a choice (not buffet) and the quality was really good as also the quantity and you can have it in the room itself. The staff was really efficient and courteous. What I found lacking- Their reception service is internal i.e. outside calls are received by the owner himself on his mobile which limits the no. of calls he can address, right? So, if you want to confirm the booking or anything else prior to your visit, you may not get the response. Second, the location is not very easy to get to though the cycle rickshaw from the metro station will take only Rs.20 once you are able to explain it to him which is difficult- written address is not comprehensible to them, you have to tell them 'sana market'! This is got from the rickshaw puller himself once i reached. Third, there is an unpleasant smell as u enter the hotel. Moreover, they should repair the neon at the entrance, in the dark, it is difficult to make out the hotel name.
