One of the worst hotel I have been to. We are tourists so they tried to ask us more than expected (2000 rupies for one night in this sad hotel) but we were able to negotiate for 1500 rupies (still too much). They didn't gave us bath towels and toilet paper (we had to ask it 6 Times) and IN THE BED THERE WERE A LOT OF LONG AND BROWN HAIRS.
I have stayed for 22 hours for a official visit but paid for 2 nights. Hence, if you are not sure about your travel plan, you may have to spend night at railway platform. Even after paying double, I am spending night in Jodhpur Railway platform. Great service.
Hotel JEELAN PALACE and Restaurant is a decent place to stay and dine. The owner is pleasant and welcoming, but unfortunately, the staff's work pace is quite slow. The hotel's location is convenient, and the food is tasty, but the service could be improved. Overall, it's a satisfactory experience, but with room for improvement.

The hotel was a very big disappointment . When we booked they told us that one night stay dould cost us a specific amount ....but on checkout they said that they did not include the GST ...so we will have to pay another 500 extra .....which was a big disappointment. The facilities were bare minimum . When we asked for hotel WiFi password they gave us a wrong password and when asked they never came back with the correct one . At checkin they said that even though there was no coffee tea maker in the room they will provide us in the room when we ask ...which never happened . Morning tea also was ordered but never provided ..... Overall the stay was a big disappointment Will never recommend this hotel .Their service is very bad.

The hotel is neat and clean. Room is spacious, washroom is clean and ok. Service is bad, we stayed for 3 days there. TV didn't work for first 2 days. Wifi is available but the hotel doesn't recharge their wifi, so it's of no use. Staff is very2 fussy on early check in and late check out . I should say, they are not at all co-operative. Location is good as it is just behind ansal mall but don't roam in the interior streets, they are full of dirt and leftover meat etc. Horrible it is. If u wanna stay inside, than it is ok. Else avoid this hotel.
