HOTEL JB RESIDENCY & BANQUET HALL - Hotel in Zirakpur, Nabha - S.a.s Nagar, India

This was a horrible hotel, reviews on Google are fake. This hotel is in a very bad location unconstructed buildings are everywhere. Our toilet was filled with cockroaches and they gave us a room without a toilet seat, furthermore with no toilet paper. They charged us for the water. They said we would have window but they gave a window that was too small and high and hade shades that was not possible to open. Wall were very dirty. The furniture had lots of scratches.

This hotel is totally outside chandigarh. If anyone wants to roam chandigarh book in the other sector. This place is not in chandigarh Regarding the hotel it's not so clean and hygienic. We couldn't sleep there as it was too dirty. They will charge you for bottle of drinking water as well. Worst experience. Location is worst. Don't believe on the images posted in google. Most of the reviews are fake, I am telling because of experience.

This hotel accepts foreign guests. The current staff are extremely helpful and managed to help me with some issues that 5 previous hosts were unable to achieve. The hotel is incomplete, and looks like a construction site in some places. The room is good, but water flow seems to be an issue, on the morning of leaving I couldn't have a shower and I didn't want to disturb staff at 5am. The JB Wi-Fi networks don't work, but one unsecured network worked partially. Don't stay here if you need reliable internet.

Don't visit this hotel not secure for girls and coupls. I found a camera in my room.and staff is very irritated plz don't waste money. All reviews are fake

All reviews are fake and created by hotel employees and bots all fake hotel is very low standard and rooms are very very poor side plz don't waste your time and money choose another hotel for your goodness and not safe for girls and couples

This hotel met expectations except the following: 1: They did not provide a blanket for us. We were out until late and did not have a blanket to sleep under. 2: We were given water, only later to be asked to pay 10 rupees for it. It's not about the money, it's about not being told we'd have to pay for it, then being surprised about the expense afterwards. 3: WIFI did not work in our room As foreigners traveling, it's stressful trying to find a place to stay after driving for hours. Aside from not having a blanket (smh), the room was nice, clean, with air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom, towels, and a working hot shower. Had we not experienced those few communication issues, this rating would've been higher.

This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star!! Owner is greedy and gives commitment to hold on to people money and then refuse to give those same services to customers n give them low grade services!! We have been promised to have superior deluxe room window one, breakfast included but we didn't recieved none of services. We talked to owner n he refused on our face. Shame on owner , his cheapness and low standards!

I liked to stay in this hotel. Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. Good and clean toilets. Proper facilities like water and electricity, Lifts etc. Good and fast service. I will always stay here. I want to give my valuable feedback to potential customers that it is right place for you. Very economical place.
