Worst experience really very bad behavior by the incharge they don't know how to respect there customersThe stay at the hotel is really poor experience. Please never ever visit this hotel . The staff is really a cheat ill mannered rude chap who doesn't know how to talk to customers. Increase rates unreasonably and night tourists are just the victims who are tired to go anywhere else . Forget about customer service. Never did we received anything on time . Had to go out of the room 3 floors below to get water. Phone didn't work .Please never visit such hotel. Poor rooms no tv nothing works .

I have never seen such a very very bad hotel in my life, such bad behavior, After I left the hotel they told me not to go out of Puri, If someone goes to Puri one day, the road will remain SUORER BACHHA, KHANKIR CHELE. Life will not stay at the hotel

Very Nice Hotel, Near Sea beach Staff behaviour also very politeness. Enjoyed alot. AC remote controls are not working properly.

Location is good only. The service was not good.

No Service, Nothing works in the room, uncleaned beds. The worst experience in Puri. We booked 3 rooms for 2 days, the cost was as high as a decent hotel in that area but the service was worst than a tea shop. There are people looking as if they are always busy but they won't clean the rooms (only once in 2days). Hardly any power plugs are working in the rooms, we had to switch between TV and Mobile charger on a single working plug. Out of 3 rooms they were able to fix only 1 TV to work finally after a lot of asking. The AC will start working after 30 mins of switching on and will suddenly stop working in between. Even the basic service of providing drinking water was beyond there scope so my father (almost 60 years old) had to go down 2 floors to bring water when he needed it. For people who are thinking why did we stay for 2days if it was this bad, they tell you in the beginning that once booked you can't get the money back even if you leave the rooms. And when we pointed out all this issues the excuse they gave was "We had so many guests so we couldn't serve, but we can't return any money if you wish you could have left to a better hotel".

I stayed there 2 days ....room facility are decent food are also good and wifi is also available

1. They dont provide you basic needs like towel soap etc. 2. Even you can enjoy bites of bed bugs. 3.Manager is not upto the mark . His behabious is very rude and unacceptable . 4. Hot water facility is bad. 5. Washroom condition is soo bad. 6. There is no proper cleaning. If i keep on telling it this page is not sufficient for me. Very bad experience and strongely recommend you to not to go for this hotel. And finally dont judge this by its appearence. You will endup with complete different experience. For look its look like ok but leter you will realise the bugs in it .
