Hotel is at good location and staff is also cooperative and overall is a good value for money compared to peers in the same vicinity

We have booked rooms for 2 days. Hotel amenities are worst. AC doesn't works at all. All damaged Ac have been placed it is put together using tapes n all. 80% Ac are broken and plus they charge the amount of Ac room at night 3 times ac stoped working and ice particles started falling out on the bed we complained it twice and thrice but no action was taken by the staff. Instead of fixing the problem the manager said very rudely its a machine what can i do for it. And return a pending money and said if you have problem then dont come here it again. And this is not the first time we have almost faced this problem 3 to 4 times. The staff and manager is worst they dont know how to talk with customers

Rooms Are Neat and clean. Staff is polite and service is quick. Room service is awesome. Food that we ordered is budget friendly and tastier. I would definitely recommend hotel jaya mahal for families and couples. Please visit.

I had booked a room here via Airbnb. The hotel staff was very rude and judgemental. They denied our booking and did not even try to help us issue a refund. Why did they deny the booking? Because my partner and I were under 21. There were no rules on the listing mentioning that we couldn't book the place if we were under 21. We are well over 18 and had our IDs. But they were very disrespectful and did not even try to help us. We had to struggle and make a last minute booking elsewhere. I can't speak for the rooms or the service but the staff treated us very poorly when they had no reason to. If they don't want to host couples under 21, they should make it clear in their listing. We are adults and had to face this nonsense because they chose to be unprofessional and disrespectful. The looks that we got made us feel so uncomfortable, it is unbelievable. I don't recommend going to this place, not only because they didn't host us, but also because then went ahead and asked us to take it up with Airbnb if we wanted a refund, though as the hosts, it is their duty to issue a refund upon cancelling a booking.

Worst place to visit and stay..cleanliness level is zero in the hotel There were lots of cockroaches moving in the hotel room The quality of food worst, I got vomited after eating it The room service is worst. My order for tea was delayed for 3 hours Comfort is zero Staff is worst they try to look in the hotel rooms not trained. Must say never stay their.

Don't book with oyo app.. If ur booking i s confirmed & during check in time.. Reception or hotel manager may deny ur bokking.. & they don't take care of us. Even oyo manager will not going to help u.. Hotel is nice.. But staff is rude.. If u want to go here book directly.

It was overall good experience. The hotel can improve the ambience. I had to face electricity outage for 3-4 hours which may be occasional. I would recommend it.
