Too dirty, broken doors ,limited switch boards, unhygienic bathroom and wash room, more you pay better will be the room.No proper hot water supply the taps are broken.We don't get good service. AC vents are broken . Fan is too slow.
Rooms are decent but not clean at all. Towels are dirty, mattress is not clean. All dust around. Bathrooms are not good. Leakage from taps. Wastage of water. They are just doing business, try not to book this place. Only come to this lodge if you have emergency and no other options available
The rooms what seen in pic are full different but rooms are big.Bathrooms are look good but water log sometimes but they told they will renovated hotels soon.The staffs behavior are friendly.The food available in the hotels are also delicious.
I wish there was a way to give it zero stars and I would. I have travelled a lot and never have come across a hotel more dirty or staff more rude than I have here. Horrible maintenance and horrible service from the staff here. The rooms are not worth the money we paid. Even if they ask you to stay for free pls don't!

I stayed here in my school trip in 2018. Hotel is at great location. Rooms and ambience is perfect. We got a connected room n it was soo fun. Rooms very huge n clean n filled with amenities. Talking about the food , the breakfast n dinner buffet was just perfect the food was amazing n menu was great. Location was the main winner here. It was at City centre making everything soo accessible.Just perfect for travelers.
Very very bad hotel. Rooms are bad (2.5k for a room), not maintained at all. I couldn't pee in the toilet had to book a room in Royalton (3.7k per day) so that I can have a shower. Don't have words to describe, just don't go at all with either or even single.
