Very big rooms Good service Nice place to stay

old building didn't undergone for any maintenance at least for last 5 years. no staff available except to kids(who didn't even bothered to give us the tv remote in my three day stay ) and you your self have to carry your laguages to room on check in and from room on check out and the happy news is the lift never works. the bed available us at least 10 year old and mummified . water suddenly stops at bath room and the same happened four times during my three days stay and took more than one hour to resume . i forced to stay there for three day only because i made a full payment while booking. no restaurant available and the only thing you get some tea made by those poor kids and that too in a 2 hr Tat . don't waste your money here .

It's was a waste of my money.. I have spend this money for nothing.. first of all staff behaviour toward the clients.. they aren't aware of how to deal with clinets.. not so polite behaviour.. and the most wort part of hotel facility is that, there wasn't any water supply for hours.. I had to wait for max 2 hours to have bath.. I complain to stuff regarding the issue but it's to just ignore it..

Make fool of people who are new to region. They charge premium rates but can give you j room with out mirrors, hangers substandard facilities. I will not choose this hotel again in my life. Can you believe I paid 700 for this room

Not worth staying. No arrangement for mosquito repulsion. Staff won't help you with picking up the luggage. Constant shortage of electricity. They don't have any invertor. They're 'Kanjoos' enough for not using their age old generator. Disgrace!

Location is near by Sitamarhi town, rooms are neat & clean, Service is poor. Parking spaces are so big,u may park 10-15 four wheeler.

Awesome stay..all the staffs were cooperative and extraordinarily nice..will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

On the name of A.C. hall they have provided 3 window A.C. which is almost just for name. Lift is installed but does not works. The place for fooding is on the top floor i.e on the terris which is on the 2nd floor. Parking space is good. You'll get 4rooms on the Hall without A.C..
