This trip was very un expected one and this hotel made me turn back to my house I would not typically say this as this a hotel because of its quality this hotel was a very bad one I would not recommend anyone about this hotel.last think to think is that to stay here

First of all the location is bat You can't find the location according to the map The area is uncomfortable especially for women couples I highly recommend you especially women and couples please find other places but don't book this by mistakenly The rooms are very poor according to the price Service is also worse, the food order taking boy was drunk So much unsafe

My parents stayed here for there visa visit. I am really thankful to the hotel staff who took care of them Like family. Guided them to visit places around. helped book them cab service. The support staff did timely room cleaning and provided fresh & good meals on time. They were really comfortable in the new city due to the hotel staff. The rooms were clean & spacious too. Great & safe location to stay for visa appointments.

Only if you are staying for visa interview. Small rooms, I felt it on expensive side as compared to how much I paidPros -1) food comes in 10-15 mins (expensive but good service) also taste wise its edible2) Loc - 70to100 ruppes auto to US embassy3) Transportation - Few steps and you get auto/taxi4) Location - little bit inside gali not on main road so noise freeProvides hair dryer/iron if you forget or don't carry5) McD/burger king in half a kilometerCons -1) Small rooms,1a) Very small bathrooms,B) Only 1 small 10rupees water bottle per day.For more your have to buy 30rs/liter or else filert water in jug is provided for free.C) My room's TV was not working ( it didn't bothered me but telling in my review anyway)D) Imp- if you are 3 people one have to sleep on ground.... mattress they provide... And I booked 3 adults...Lastly it's a flat/apartment turned hotel3 star

I stayed here for the consulate interview. Unfortunately I did not expect a room like this. It is a very confined room. The room space is suitable for two, we were four. That might be the reason. Neatness is not good. Property need maintenance. Paint is not completed or repair is pending on the ceiling. Interior is well and good, but not maintained/serviced or regular cleaning done. Corners of the room are dusty. Changing of the linen are performing in alternate days. Service person is expecting tip. Sockets in the room are suitable for both Indian and British style, but it is loose due to usage. We need to hold or keep a weight on the charger to get charged. Elevator is old style and untidy. Can find Gutka empty sachets in the gap inside the lift. Surroundings are having lot of trees and ample shades so it feels a bit cool. The small cut road to the hotel from the main road is always spill with drainage water. Good-Budget hotel. Bad-Cleanliness.

Beautiful place with good facilities. Superb atmosphere and food quality is very much appreciable.

Overall it was a decent stay, room was not too big neither too small (though I assume other rooms could be smaller) and it was fairly maintained. Staff was supportive with any requests made by us. Food is available at room service only . We only ordered breakfast and the taste was average, could be better.

If you go with very less expectations and want to have a peaceful stay, you can go for it. Its in a good location near to the consulate. The beds were neat. Very little space to move around and not a luxurious suite but definetely worth a try.
