On 24th Dec 22 Janaki Residency hotel not allowing me room even though confirm booking from Agoda app. Waiting more than 3 hours saying cancel booking and pay cash. Also no reply from customer care.

Hi guys I am Dr krishna murthy from Bangalore I usually visit puri regularly, I booked from 2/06 2022 TO 5/07/2022 I would like to high light about the hotel the room I stayed in 301 are not cleaned regularly. The AC switch is in the manager / reception counter and turned off often. The day one started to be a head ache and were also very tired after travelling 1500 km with the geyser not working ,and some technician working,which lasted for nearly 2 hours.and 2rd,4th,and 5th had no hot water at all even after several complaints not repaired gyeser.had to take cold water bath. The manager is worst always asking for the balance amount ,not taking any actions for the complaints given by us. Its better if this manager is replaced with an effeciant manager. The girl in the reception monisha is kind and responds effectively. Other staff are also good.You can have food in Balajee bojanalaya grand road near sri hari hotel. Food not good at sri hari hotel

This hotel is not accepting the hotel provided Non-AC room instead of AC room for which I paid through for AC room. The owner of the hotel is also not responding any other hotel room booking. In my presence the hotel provided AC room to instant, spot booking ,offline customers. I have seen so many customers suffering from this type of harrasment and gone to other hotels, because the hotel authority regret to provide any rooms . I am not satisfied about the hotel service and amenities.

Worst hotel ever stayed in my life. No basic essentials provided. Nothing in the hotel works like Passenger lift, AC, Tv and even there is water clogging in every room. No bedsheets and dirty pillows were given.

Very bad service. We booked online for December but when we reached they rejected and said they haven't received any booking and all rooms are booked. Me and my wife have to search for other lodge or hotel. The location of the lodge is behind a building.Not recommend any one for stay.

We have booked this hotel from Agoda. When we reached here the hotel staff told us there is no room available here . From hotel side there is no response nothing . When we told them what we can do as per them we don't know anything we can't help you

If you are looking for the classic oyo with good mattress, good blankets working tv, then surely it isn't. Mine was a really bad experience. Personal recommendation it's not worth of rs 100 even....
