Hotel staff is very supporting. You can enjoy the view of city palace from the terrace. Hiring the bike from the hotel is little costly than outside shops. Overall it's a nice hotel to stay at an affordable price.

I was there for evening and loved everything about the hotel. The rooms are lovely, cozy and very neat and clean. My family and friends also loved the place. We loved eating delicious food at the roof top which is quite a nice place giving a good view of the city palace. The staff is very polite and they greet you with respect everytime they see you. What i loved was that the owner made special efforts and arranged tickets for us for Bagore ki Haveli which is marvellous. Also we had to leave early morning for which an auto was arranged at 7 am. I am actually quite surprised at why some people are giving such bad reviews. i think you expected way beyond or probably you were in a bad mood for some other reason while you typed out the bad review. The price you say is high but i think it was quite ok and not high. The ambience is good, every place is at a walking distance from the hotel. My family was with me and we had no issues regarding anything. It was good to relax in clean rooms and the staff also asked if we needed more comfort since it was very cold.
