Rooms are small They only allow 3 people per room and not even an extra mattress so it would be an issue for a group of 4. No family size rooms available. Rooms are not spacious yet they are clean. There are other hotels available for the same price offering better service.

The rooms were very neat and the serive provided by the hotel was good. The breakfast provided was good and had variety. The location of the hotel is nice, its very close to railway station aprt from been in close proximity to other government offices and shopping centers.

We had a comfortable stay at Hotel Jalsa MP nagar. We had booked a deluxe room but it was upgraded to an executive room as some repair work was going on in the deluxe room. There is ample space in the room with all the basic amenities except for a liquid soap dispenser. Overall we had a pretty decent stay.

I have been staying in this hotel for such a long time . Every alternate month I stay for almost 10 to 20 days . There se one or two waiters epically a person called last name Tiwari , when ever he comes to your room he insist you for giving a tip and nit just 10 or 20 that would be minimum 100 they ask for . Also there is a guy at the reception called arun tiwari he tries to put his hands in your pocket and ask for the payment . Usually if u know what my check in date is and what my check out date is . You can't keep asking me to pay the bill. No customer would ever leave your property without settling your bill . There this only one lady Mrs Richa Mirshra she is very professional and have a very good experience and exposure about the hospitality department . I would only appreciate Mrs Richa Mishra for being such humble and polite. I would recommended any corporates to never book this hotel ever they dong even provide dental kits nor proper sopes. Their waiters are extremely rude except from Mr Patel. Food is ok . But yoh have to give them tip everytime .

Service -Very supportive staff and dealing staff Food- Food was so much tasty at geniune rates. Room- Room cleaned and spacious. Interiors of room was very attractive One lady manager is very cooperative and she attended customer very well with polite communication skills.

Overall stay an experience was awesome. Food was too good. washroom was quite small but ok to use. Happy with services. special treatment for child.

Service was not up to the mark. ordered food twice and it took them 40 to 50 minutes to deliver them in my room. Room was decent.
