Hotel Jaiswal Tower - Hotel in Orai - Jalaun, India

I am sharing this review after a regular visit since last 6 months. I stayed in this hotel for more than 12 nights, I will rate it very high for its location, This property has a big name in the city when it was built but nowadays the hotel is very bad in terms of its services like the washroom is totally disaster water is not coming properly, hotel staff ask to to change the room multiple times but the same story and situation in all rooms, AC remote is not there, they have only 1-2 AC remote and serving all rooms with that only, lights and switches are not working in some rooms, telephone not work many times than I need to go at reception and ask for any assistance. In one word I would say property owner is least interested in maintenance and newer work in the rooms.

Bar is in pathetic condition. Bar service is so poor. Waiters in restaurant are not well educated. We asked for best chicken in main course and he told us five items as best. Experience was worst.

Best packers and movers. my friend has suggested me to go for it and it's worth it. I would recommend it others also.

today i visited to this restaurant. everything was good. like food ,service but he was taking service charge for over 1000 bill. this was very disappointed after paid bill, waiter ask for tip. if hotel is taking service charge why customer will given the tip. that's why people do not visit Jaiswal tower. over service charge. Never packed food for home. Packing is so poor.

Best hotel in locality. Overpriced for the services. Complimentary breakfast is for the sake of three stars. It is not good. Has limited choices and they serve in room. There is no Buffett system. Options are either Paratha or bread toast with tea. Plain Milk is charged separately as hot chocolate. Overall average overpriced place to stay

Kindly do not stay here unless and until you dont have any option. -Rooms are not clean, they use used blanket covers and bedsheets. Towels were also torn and were not clean. -Services are not worth the tariff. -Room AC does not have temp. Control option. -Rooms have foul smell. - They charge service charge on your bill and does not remove even after you mention that it is not mandatory. - Their printer does not work so they prepare manual bill. Printer is not a one time concern. This issue is persistent as told by other guests too. - Took payment of Rs. X and made bill of Rs.Y. Untrained staff. - Corporate Guests - kindly dont visit here because they give manual bill with service charge on it.

Best hotel to stay in orai. Though little costly but it's justified. Food served is very good and service is top notch and it also has a bar. It's located in the centre of City so there is no inconvenience.

Good appearance and room service was OK This hotel is can be said as average. Appearance is good and food service is okay but room service cannot impress me. It is in the location full of rush and too much traffic. Yo may face a little trouble to reach. Overall room is neat and clean you can better check-in for alone or family. And yes with your girl friend too.
