Rooms were good but not cleaned properly. From the service point of view it is not so good as in if you order food from the hotel they won't be able to deliver you before One to Two Hours, this has a issue. Location is fine . It is walking distance from raipur railway station behind the Gurdwara.
Room was good. Behavior of staf was also kind. nice hospitality. I left my woolen cap at hotel room at check out time. Hotel called me, kept it safe and returned me back. That was appreciate. nice experience, must stay suggestions!
Very Nice Place with Reasonable Price, Very Near to Railway Station. Only thing is that it can go bit Noisy from the traffic below the hotel. Room is nice and spacious (same room for AC and NonAC) if you booked for AC they will just switch it on from below for your stay period.
1)- Rooms are in good condition can be considered under 1000/- 2)- Before check in they confirmed me that they will provide a proper GST bill but during checkout they refused. Saying that Hotel not have a GST no. 3)- After entering in the room i asked to switch onn the ac but the only blower is working not cooling after complaining they said it was a non ac room 4)-Without GST bill i didn't get a rembursement of my stay.
