Hotel Jagan - Restaurant in Karaikudi - Sivaganga, India

Very bad experience. They charged 1500 for a day even if you're not spending the night and the room wasn't clean ,no hot water facilities, we also found a bunch of ants in the corner of the bed and naphthalene balls everywhere. Worst experience ever

It was a good stay! The food was excellent and the staff superb! There was a staff member who was particularly helpful. The front desk staff all were professional and pleasant. Dining room for breakfast were nice and pleasant. Excellent in every way: rooms, restaurant and all. Great located in the centre of the city. Good service especially with the parking service. Wonderful hotel in a great location. I like the room interior, bed sheet and blanket were very clean and specially I liked the washroom , washroom was very clean. This was a great experience to stay here. Positive environment with friendly and helpful staff. Foods are very delicious. And all the staff have maintained the hotel very nicely.

We had an excellent experience with friendly helpful staff from the first phone call through to check in, dining and check out. Our rooms were very clean modern and very accommodating and although beside the main road there was no noise at all. We had a very nice dining experience with good choices for both adults and children. One of the best hotels that I have every stayed. I was extremely happy with my stay, the food was fabulous, the service exceptional, the beds comfy and the facilities more than adequate.

The hotel and its staff are very family-oriented and friendly. The play area for children was excellent. The room was nice and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. An excellent stay overall. really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Hotel is just near to bus stand which gives perfect travelling option. Also the location is very good, rooms were also neat and clean also the food was good. Luxurious room , good facilities , good service provide by staff.

Excellent hotel in karaikudi and it seems to be very reputed hotel, well mannered staff, reception is great rooms are simply superb, spacious enough,toiletries fantastic. Nice to stay in Hotel. Location is also very near to bus stand, food was yummy. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. very very punctual services, I just order anything it was served very fast in no time even rooms were good nice and hygienic bathroom. Bed was nice with good linen everything was just perfect I would like to visit again very soon.

Very very worst rooms i have ever seen.They charged Rs.1300 for non AC room. The room condition was very bad no clean pillow cover, bedsheets..Toilet also not clean. And they have given the room where hotel chimney is coming out our eyes are started burning and we are with 11 month baby he also suffered a lot very worst experience in my life. TV is there & set of box connection is there but not working. There is no person in the reception to complaint very lethargic persons. When person came we complained but no response.Please dont book rooms in this hotel..

When last year while they renovated it was neat and good. Now there is NO maintenance. Not fit for family stay. Rooms are very bad conditions with bad smells.. Not even worth of Hundred Rupees. Better you can stay in bus stand bench!!

Very very worst hotel to stay. No maintenance and nothing. Surely you will get the diseases when u enter these kind of rooms.. Not worth for money. Food also very very worst. Pls pls pls don't go to this hotel.. F***ing hotel
