Best hotel in this area, rooms is neat and clean and also toilets and bathroom are also well maintained. All over cleaning is very good . Staff is very supportive and environment is very good. Food quality they provide is very good and also have a parking.

ONE OF THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED. 2 DAYS NO WIFI DESPITE OF REPEATED REQUEST. MOST OF THE TIME NO ONE PRESENT AT RECEPTION. LIFT NOT WORKING. BATHROOM LEAKAGE. NO SOAP NO CLEAN TOWEL. VERY BAD HOTEL PAID HIGHEST RATE GOT RUBBISH HOTEL
They are very unprofessional reception that oldest guys. That oldest he's very rude. I don't prefer. The only uncle Aunty type behaviour and also they didn't refund my money.
Billing and final procedures should be more smooth. Only this is very time taking
we had been there on 15 th and 16th feb . our experience with the hotel is BAD in terms of their commitments , rigidity of staff , quality of service and backing out on their proposals . Hotel staff has mean mentality , and knows how to earn money by adding additional charges / higher charges and having its own unacceptable market practices . The gyser in the room could not be repaired during our stay . Quantity of food in buffet system is replenished with delays and most of people coming to counter either wait or leave . If you stay for two days they don't have system of changing even towels and toiletries in the room . They provide complimentary water only at the time of checkin even if you stay for more than 1 day
Worst service ever We did a marriage function and each one of our guests complained about the arrangements and service and quality of food. Still a big bad spot on the reputation of the family. Worst it could ever get
