Hotel IVY - Hotel in New Delhi - New Delhi, India

I would recommend you not to stay in this hotel. The rooms are not clean - bedding is not changed. We asked to change rooms and every room was filthy. Very basic amenities provided - one towel and one bar of soap (if you're lucky). Location is not accurate either. Do not stay in this hotel.

Total frauds I must say, they took 5k extra. If there was option to give it 0 stars i would do that. And the guy named Atul, don't believe on him and hotels management too, worst experience ever I had in this hotel and they will show you the random amount without calculation.

Not a good experience Rooms are ok and good Washroom is worst( i complain 3 days regularly that flush was not working, but no proper action had taken. Room service worker says that they dont do room service daily. Food is way too costly and taste is not that good too

Rooms were not clean, bucket, bidet and washbasin everything was leaking. I ordered tea and french fries, the quality was pathetic and the serving tray was too dirty. At the time of check-in, they added fake laundry charges of Rs 1800 and asked me to pay before checking in. I refused as I had made a prepaid booking on OYO so they refused to check in also. I had no option but to pay. After that I called Oyo CS, they tried calling them, the reception, and the property manager, no-one was available to attend. At the end the CSE promised to pay the extra amount and disconnect the call.

Unfriendly staff Dirty rooms Unchanged bedding on arrival, complete with stains. Shown 2 more rooms, equally as bad with unchanged bedding. We would not recommend at all,

Can't give more than two stars because it's an expensive hotel for what it can offer. The rooms are small, with just the basic amenities and fornitures. But the worst point was the very poor cleanliness. Unacceptable for a 3 stars hotel.

One of the best places to stay in Delhi for business purposes if you are looking for an economy hotel in Delhi.Careful about high price fluctuations.

First time I was given a room where Geaser was not working than they changed room where AC not working. After inquiring they told why you need geaser in hot whether. Very bad hotel to stay.
