Rooms are neat and clean. Service is great. Food is less spicy but tasty and good quantity. Value for money. We have travelled all over India , and this is one of the best hotels (in this class of hotels) i have come about in terms of cleanliness, service etc.

We stayed 3 people in a room, the room is a bit small but bed and bathroom is nice and clean, reception guys are helpful, located very near to mariott and in a very prime location.

This hotel is really at a very good place and comfortable for all people who stay here. This hotel is located near police thana road and approximately 300 meter distance from taxi stand. Main Shimla market is also at a through distance from here. Ramkrishna paramhans office is also nearby place. This hotel is available on the foothills of Shillong but at a very prime location. Views from this hotel are really awesome. There are 4 floors in this hotel with proper lift facility. There is no air conditioning in this hotel, but no problem it's okay because there is no need of air conditioning because you'll feel winter even you open your fan. This hotel's room are also perfect but small, but views from rooms are really awesome. This hotel's views also make it a romantic place to stay. This hotel is also tie up with Bank of Baroda and UCO bank for providing holiday home facility to said bank's employees. Both banks have 4 rooms in this hotel. Hotel staff and receptionist is very helpful in nature and provides full support to all tourists. If you want rented bikes etc then you can also contanct to hotel administration and they will provide accordingly, if available. So it's overall a good area to stay In shillong.

Stayed for 4 days. Excellent room service, room is quite good. Cleaned. Location is little odd, 5 min walking distance from main point .

Our experience was excellent overall. We loved our stay. Room is little congested but okay. Room service was outstanding. Thank you for make us very comfortable. Location is good. Staffs are very friendly. Very safe place as near by Police Station. Need one improvement: At reception someone should be there to attend at early morning or late night if customer need support. Unfortunately no one qas there to support at these time as faced 3/3 days power issues at night at our room (no power supply from 11.30PM to 5:45AM) and no one was there at morning to support at reception. This was our major concern. Window view from our room.

We stayed here for 6 days and the service was very very well, staffs are very polite descent and corporate. They never let their customers feel unpleasant. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay. Only problem is I feel rooms are little bit small if you adjust with this issue then you must stay. Foods are also very good in quality and taste with a very reasonable price. They can arrange your tour plan, provide you local car and arrange car for your return. I give a 4.5 star to the hotel .

Rooms are good.. Spacious.. Clean. Well equipped bathrooms with geyser. Rooms also has all the necessary amenities like flat screen tv, electric cattle, sofa etc. Room service is quick. Only thing that is not upto the mark is food quality. Best part is the complementary breakfast and location. It's situated just 500 meters from the heart of police bazar. One WINE shop is also near just 50 METERS AWAY. except for the food part, I recommend this hotel
