The staff was very welcoming, very kind and present staff. The view from the hotel is awesome! It is very well located in Tapovan, next to shops and temples. Anand Patel did a very good job with the room cleaning and he is very kind. The food was beautiful and very tasty! Thank you very much

It's a great stay, especially the staff is very very welcoming and helping. Manoj and Arun helped me throughout my stay to book day cabs to travel nearby places. The hotel cafe has live music everyday and the vibe is fantastic

I had the most incredible experience staying at a breathtaking location with a stunning view of the majestic Ganga river and the iconic Lakshman Jhula bridge right outside my window. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. The food served was of excellent quality, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with each meal. Moreover, the rooms were impeccably clean, and their aesthetic appeal added an extra touch of comfort to my stay. Overall, I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful my time was at this hotel. It truly exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable.

IShan is very beautiful. It had the best coffee shop in town, with great matcha, lattes, chai tea and really good food! High quality! The rooms were nice, in front of the ganga but the smell of our bathroom was bad... something smells bad every day... the rooms for 2 is quiet small... but we made it work and our stay was lovely. I always thought I could use the hot tubes in the roof but you have to pay extra. Also we have a massive rain and all the water from the rain came inside of the room and it was chaotic... I don't think Ishan has a great system when the rain hits the rooms that are in front of the ganga. Still having the view was super nice... The wind is very very crazy sometimes and they have all this stuff on top of their roof which is EXTREMELY noise. From 3am to the morning I couldn't sleep - so yeah... it's definitely an area that has a lot of movement, with car, people, motorcycles and etc... it's a great location if u are where for a 2-3 days... more you might feel exhausted from the chaos... Again--- is chaos and peace!!! All together They have a yoga shala which is nice and you can practice your own yoga Over all we really love the place and we had fun.

The rooms was good and the hospitality of the hotel was very good . The staff merebers were nicely talking with us. They make our day special. The rooms were neat and clean with a ganga view. Especially the night view of ganga river and laxman jhula was good from the room. Alover it was a very place to visit and for the stay. The manger of the hotel are very nice person . They talked nicely with and treat us like a friend.

I stayed in a suite room on 27-29 Sep 2023 and found that there is no place for parking the car. One has to park at a private parking 300m from the hotel and bear the expenses. Hotel will neither contribute nor help you in parking your vehicle. There is no free buffet breakfast as claimed on Google site. It is ala carte and one has to pay for it separately. Overall I found this hotel disgusting and of no worth at all.

This is a wonderful place to just be by the mesmerizing Ganga Ma. It's truly beautiful. The rooms are well laid out and the staff are impeccable. A special mention must go to the Manager Ramesh ji. Always helpful and ready to help for which we are very grateful. If you want to be by the Ganges and enjoy the ability to move around with excellent facilities then this is the place to stay. Not sure how it has got so many good reviews but our stay was not good at all. First of all it doesn't offer good service, we need to follow up many times for a simple thing like extra towel, check out help etc. The view of river Ganga it offers is not that great compared to other properties. Their Restaurant is having western menu and hardly you find indian dishes, also the cost is too high. Not a good experience for the price paid. There is a lot of scope for improvement. Giving 2 stars, one for the location as the shops, cabs, restaurants are easily accessible. Another one for room size.
